Hi all
Think I might of had a bit of a bargain here
I popped into a garden center yesterday to grab a few bit for my back yard and they had a small section for fish
To my surprise they even had a marine section in that small section
A couple small tanks with a real mix up of unhealthy looking corals with plenty of dead lps skeletons......no sps lol surprised
Anyway to my surprise I saw this scoly (pic)
Looked Abit deflated and not to happy .
So I ask the fella behind the counter how much for the scoly and he says what's that ??
So I point it out and he's says I'm not sure as the person who's in charge of Marine is not in today
Well how much do you think it is i ask ....................... Long pause.... I suppose about £55
Ok I'll have it, bag it up lol :D

Well it's been in the tank 1 day , it fed lastnight and it starting to look good
Looks like it's gonna have a few nice strips and it looking much brighter

Do you think I've had a bargain, in my lfs they go £ 150 plus

What is 55 in USD? That is a nice one like Dsnakes said but just not a lot of red striping and that may be the reason for the lower price.

I'm not keen on the conversion either o_O sounded like a bargain though
