Is it dying?

I am not sure if my candy cane is dying or what. The calcium level and alkalinity is all notmal. All other corals are doing great.
 
Sorry forgot to add a picture of the candy cane. I am not sure if this normal or what. The green part in the back is becoming more brown. Any input is helpful.

I see coraline algae. That’s good. It looks like the coral might be retracted some but looks ok to me. I think I see what you mean in the back...could the coral be placed in too much light or flow? The candy canes I had in the past liked medium to low flow.

It is directly under the lights in the middle of the tank. Could that be it? I will try moving it. I also did get a maxspect gyre 230 recently and have it at 10% running.
