Is it ich?

So I ordered some snails and other fish online. And I think they infected my tank. The snails died like the day after I got them and the water got super gross because of it I so scrubbed everything with a brush and pulled out the decor and put the fish in a holding bucket while I did a 60% water change. The fish seem much happier but now I see some spots on my clown fish. I lost two green chromis since it happened.

How did you acclimate them and for how long ?
If you’re suspecting toxins, add a pouch of chemipure blue

I was running chemi pure blue in there untill I noticed parasites then I took out all carbon and started dosing it with this stuff called herbtana. I floated the bag for about 15 minutes then I added water in slowly to each bag over about a half hour or so

And before anyone asks no I don't have a qt tank and yes I'm brand new and probably did it all wrong I was just looking for some help for where I'm at right now. My clown fish seems to be getting worse but my watchmen goby seem fine and my dwarf goby seems fine and so does the chromis
