Is it isopods?

What are these growing in my reef tank?
Night time pictures. Haven't seen them in daytime.
Are these bad? if yes, how to get rid of them.

They do look like isopods but I don’t know much about them. Perhaps post this in the hitchhiker ID forum for better help
