Anyone else noticing how tint and small acro packs are becoming? Were paying hundreds of dollars for dinky little FRESH CUT frags that most likely wont make the transition from tank to tank. Also ive noticed a lot of these vendors will find the more crazy acro mother colony and rip it to bits and then thats it for the piece untill someone grows out the dinky little frag they bought. Vendors and stores should show the whole mother colony and any growth pics they have to show us they arent strictly in the hobby to make pure profit but to help us and show they are keeping these corals and growing them out. Preaching to the Choir here but must admit a valid segment to our Hobby/Industry. The high priced 'LE' Corals do have their place in business and won't dis them for that, but certainly will not support with my $'s either. And this truly is the only way to make a 'Statement' on how you or I as a hobbyist feel on any one given subject. Monetarily support those businesses with admirable traits/practices and for those without simply don't.

Same with treating other pets/animals. We need to know where we buy them from and see if the stores are morally-right store.

I get that maybe some of the nice colonies that first get introduced into themarket say such as "le"corals or "cornbred" corals may cost a little more becuase they are extremely nice pieces but you gotta figure half the hobby i feel like has a frag of all these already and the price doesnt get driven down. It really amazes me how i see people with all these frags of the corals and the price stays up in the 500$ plus range even tho they have a gillion frags of the same coral. Spread the wealth people and share with us haha
