Is it possible for someone to call me

I've had a really hard time with communicating with your staff etc .

Slow to return emails/”Live chat" which isn't "live."

Nobody answering the phone when I've called twice. During business hours.

Wrong information when someone does reply etc.

I'm really at a loss to be honest.

2 x 60" Bulbs
1 x Retro t5 kit

I only received the bulbs. One shipping tube with the bulbs. I just figured the other box would show up today. After not showing up I looked at the order and it only shows one tracking number.

I'm guessing the other box with the retro kit never left the Warehouse or there would have been two tracking numbers.

I needed these items for this weekend.

Can you look into this?
