Is it possible to fix this Hydra 26 HD?

I know pretty much nothing about this kind of stuff. 2 questions:

1) Clearly the boards are fried, but the LED assembly appears to be fine. A red light comes on when I plug it in. Is it possible to buy replacements somewhere?

2) the fan had stopped working approx 8 months before it died, but it never seemed to get too hot and I ran the intensity low. Do you think the damage is from overheating, water, or something else?

The green corrosion looks like it is probably from getting wet. You could try cleaning everything very well with alcohol then drying thoroughly. May, or may not work. Components are probably fried, but it's worth a shot to clean it.

Hey thanks for the tip. I had just assumed the board was a write off but it's definitely worth a shot. Maybe Im just feeling optimist because I miraculously fixed my other "broken" hydra by cleaning ans tightening some of the connections... This one looks much worse though. Lol

So I broke it. Lol

However, not that I know anything about this stuff, but after taking apart the boards/chips further, it looks like the corrosion/damage is limited to one board, which appears to be the least complex and hopefully most easily replaceable board. If I can get a new one fron AI or someone with a broken hydra, reassembly doesnt look like it will involve soldering or skills that I don't have. Am I dreaming?

Probably. Cleaning the corrosion was a shot in the dark. The corrosion could have short circuited and fried sensitive components. Getting a board from someone else and finding out it still doesn't work would suck.
