Is it possible to run a sump without drilling (or at all?)

I have a 36 gallon bow front. Is it possible to run any kind is sump underneath it?

I would have to definitely say yes. I have a 120 gallon tank with a CPR overflow box on it and an aqua lifter. It essentially takes the water from the tank pulls it over the lip into the overflow box and then down below I have a 40 gallon sump. My tank is not drilled just a regular standard 120 tank

It's possible but personally not worth it in areas where power outages are likely/frequent. Better off to just drill the tank or purchase one predrilled

I had the same bow 36g tank and stand. There isn’t room for a sump under that stand. It was designed for a canister filter
