Setting up a 40 breeder with 20 gallon sump. Has about 30 to 40 lbs of rock in it and is going to be full blown zeo. Will have either a swc 120 or alpha 170 skimmer on it. Is it possible to house a lineatus male, HF male and pink margin male in this tank and maybe a couple anthias?

possible, yes....but I wouldn't give it great odds as the tanks a little on the smaller side, not in terms of nutrients, just in terms of physical size.
