IME; once an impeller has cracked (even slightly), it's only a matter of time before the pump stops working. I'd order a replacement impeller.

Has flow remained constant with the damaged impeller? I know when i start seeing impeller damage on submerged pumps they kind of hiccup. False starts, they stop then start again on their own. Flow is also reduced because never reaches peak operating velocity, causing cavitation, causing further impeller damage.

It shouldn't give you a problem as most magnets for impellers are made from Neodymium.
Plastics are abs.
But it depends on the pump.
If this is some kind of knockoff pump it might be a problem as Neodymium is kind of pricey.
Hope this helps.

Any comments.....

I've had random stn the last couple months and that it's the only thing I could find that might of caused it. Triton showed high tin levels and copper was in the yellow

Neodymium doesn't contain copper.
Thin might come from you PVC pipes as they can leach out thin how weird that may sound but it's true.
Randy Farley did some test on that but the thin level wasn't enough that it could cause some issues to corals.
STN can mean a lot of reasons.

You should be fine, it looks to be a small crack and would be highly unlikely to cause any issues
