This is a halfway decent list, but

Don't get xenia, it grows like a weed and will get out of control.

Get a cheap zoa colony, not palythoa. Palys also grow like weeds and are extremely toxic.

Don't get leather. They release a toxin that will stunt the growth of nearby corals.

Candy cane
Zoas
Frogspawn

Are a good start.
Thank you! Based on my tank situation that my water parameters are good, do you think I could add some now?

Many corals will benefit from being spot fed with reef roids or similar coral food.
You can dose nutrients but I’m not a huge fan of that due to potentially screwing up params too much.
I was going to buy some reef roids to target feed

And you don’t recommend mushrooms right

No. The ones that would do well like trumpets are weeds that I spent months eradicating from one of my older tanks. The ones I would actually add to a tank, like ricordea, rhodactus, jawbreaker types, and bounce types are much more expensive and a bit more sensitive to new tanks.

You could try a ricordea or rhodactus in a month or two if your first tester corals do well.

I have have lots of Xenia and they remain vonfined to where I place them
Leathers can release terpenes when stressed which is rare. Palys are toxic when mishandled
I have several colonies which have been a pleasure addition

I'm not completely against palys, but I frigking hate those green button polyps like in the bottom left of your picture. They took over like a weed and every time I thought I eradicated them, they kept coming back.

I do keep palys in my mixed reef, but they are slower growing and more valuable to frag. Right now I have God of wars, utter chaos, and vampires in drag. Grow at a reasonable pace and sell for at least $5 a polyp any time they overgrow their space.

The green invaders I’ve had at least 5 years in same rock- have never spread

These are the ones that basically took over my tank. Got them as a freebie, took over, tried to eradicate them each tank move and failed 3 times. 4th time was the charm.
