My tank has been established for just over 2 months now. I have 2 strombus snails and a bi-colour blenny. The past month I’ve been keeping up with water changes and getting used to my tanks parameters and water/tank maintenance.

I haven’t really done much with the tank since I got the blenny. I wanted to stock a Bangaii cardinal fish next but I’m not sure if I should buy a soft coral before that?

Should I keep it fish and invertebrates only tank for a while or go and get some coral?

Appreciative if you can share your opinions. Thanks :)

Provided your water parameters are correct and stable you can add corals whenever you want.

You just need to do weekly water tests and try and maintain the correct water parameters

Think of yourself as a ‘water keeper’ and if you can do that you should be fine. If you can’t, the corals will tell you.
