I've had my 20 tall set up now for 2 weeks now I got live rock and live sand in it and some shells from Florida we got from the beach a while ago in there the sand has some faint signs of brown stuff showing up there was tons of copods in there from the rock I can't see as many now but how much longer would you think till I can add a nem and some fish? I do t plan on having much in there a star a snail a nem and some fish

no, I wouldn't rush it.. and certainly wouldn't put an anemone in yet.. put a cleanup crew in there (snails, hermits, etc).. wait a little longer, then add a fish or two.. what kind of anemone are you wanting?

You need to test the water parameters first before adding any livestock. Even if the tank is cycled I wouldn't add an anemone for a few months still.

Ok sounds good yeah it'll be another week or two befor I can add anything else gotta pay the bills first and for the nem nothing to fancy just somthing for the clown fish it don't have to be a really exspensice one and I did plan on get a clean up crew first would a sand shifting star be in that group or no? I wanna do it right the first time or atleast as close to right lol I've tested my water a couple times in the last few weeks and every thing reads good or ideal and do I need to be adding somthing for the pods I don't see as many any more and now there's these little black bug looking things starting to show up I tried getting a picture but their really small and on the sand
