is it too cold to make R.O. water?

Im in Atlanta, GA which is cold right now. I have a Corallife Pureflo II which its connected to a garden hose faucet, is it too cold to make water ? will it kill the membrane? Thank you

Colder water is actually better for the membrane, you will get lower final TDS than with warm water. True, it will be slower but cold water treats better due to being more dense.
To get an idea of the effects temperature and pressure have on GPD take a look at the calculator located at the top of the page here:

Cold water temps can be overcome or offset with higher pressures which again are better on a membrane than lower pressures. The membranes are rated up to about 250 psi, its the housings and fittings that are the weak points. Increase your pressure and your rejection or removal efficiency improves dramatically.

I think you have it reversed. Warm water produces a greater GPD than cold water.

To improve my GPD # I took an idea from melev'sreef.

Replace the tubing that leads from your cold water pipe to the unit with a 25' long piece. Coil as much of that tubing inside a 5 gallon bucket and fill the bucket up with water so the coils are submerged. Put an aquarium heater in the bucket and set it to 78° F (or hotter if necessary). The heater will keep the bucket water at that temperature, and that water will warm up the water traveling through the tubing to your RO/DI unit. Production rates will jump back to normal.

Cold water is slower but treats better so the final TDS is lower. Everyone wants to increase the temperature when they are much better off increasing the pressure which gets you more water and better water too.
Sticking tubing in a bucket of warm or hot water is a losing proposition, it costs much more in wasted energy to heat the water than you can possibly gain in GPD. Do a quick search on how many BTU's it takes to raise the temperature of one gallon of water one degree and you will agree with me. Plastic tubing is also a horrible conductor of heat and cold so it does not transfer the heat to the treated water very well. Sounds easy but its not easy in real practice.
