hey guys. Got this coral a about a week ago. Looks like the tips are whiting out. What do you guys think? What should I do ?

They look a little burnt to me, what is your alkalinity at?

Is the tissue gone with exposed skeleton, or does it have tissue with white color? Higher alk combined with driving N and P low with GFO, Organic Carbon, LC, etc. can cause the tissue to die on the tips - new calcification on the tips outpaces the tissue for growth.

Are you blasting it with too much white LED? The spectrum peaks in most white LEDs are dangerous and need to be turned back - this is not a "too much" thing, rather a "wrong kind" thing.

My alk is 8.3 calcium is 510. I do run a gfo carbon reactor. I have the max spect lights. My whites ramp up to 35 percent and blues to 60 percent. Should I lower the light intensity or try moving it down?

Do you have a Hannah Ultra Low Phosphorus Checker? If the P is at 0 ppb, then you could have burn tips. This is not very likely with GFO unless you are very aggressive with it, but even a quick drop could be bad.

If the tips still have tissue, then this could be a move/acclimation thing.

I have to check which Hanna I have when I get home. So do you suggest i turn off my gfo off for a couple of days and then turn it back on with lower flow? The tips don’t seem to have any tissue.

I suggest that you do not run it at all unless you acutely know your levels and are nowhere near bottoming out. Having low phosphates is not an issue as long as some are in there... it can be really bad if they get too low and be growth limiting for nearly everything.
