Is it worm or turbo snail poop?

Hi guys, is this parasite worm or just snail poop. I have two clownfish, 1 cleaner shrimp and 2 turbo snail in my tank.

They seems to be good cuc to me. May be Nemertea? See if someone knows about them.

It do seem moving but very slow at first I thought is a flat worm or something else, but thanks for information bro. Hopefully there is others opinion able to share here too

I’ve had a case of these for awhile. Never bothered anything. Kind of fun to turn the sand over and watch them wiggle. I also have 4 wrasse that would pick them off if they were a nuisance but the ones in my sand bed just seem content to hide from hungry mouths

U can try meat test i.e, drop a piece of meat and see they will come out to eat it if they r detritus or scavenger worm
