Is it worth upgrading return in Nuvo 30L

Questioning whether upgrading the stock return to the medium Mighty Jet is worth doing? I only ask because it doesn’t seem like there’s much difference in GPH. Has anyone with the 30L upgraded their return? What do you suggest?

I upgraded to a Jebao DCS2000 in my Nuvo 20 and it has worked out wonderfully, I highly recommend a stronger pump over the stock pump.
