Is Jebao PP4 pump good for JBJ 28G?

Looking to get a circ pump for a JBJ 28G.
Has anyone tried the Jebao PP4? I bought a WP25 and it's just way too strong.
Or can suggest a good pump for the tank that will have good flow everywhere and not too strong where it blows sand all round.

Also, what's a good quiet return pump for these tanks? There are two on each side. Not too much flow.. Kinda like stock ones but quiet.

I have a BC29 and the PP4 is perfect flow for my tank.
Very quiet and I like that I can change the flow/rate.

To strong at 100% but you can do 30%. Later on when the pump is weaker you can crank it up...

Pp4 will work great or an mp10.

They both cycle from 25% to 85% most of the time and it provides good flow

Ive nevered tried the PP4 or RW4 but my WP25 can only be full power with multi wave functions (which is really cool) and only 1 setting to turn down the power to 50% (still too strong).
Is the PP4 the same way or does it allow multi power settings and wave modes with less lower max?

I only used the controllers it came with for a couple of hours when I first got them, but I seem to remember you could dial the flow down with various wave modes (except else mode I think). I hooked them up to the variable speed outlets on my controller (apex), and run different profiles throught the day/night.
If you go below 20% at steady state they can sometimes stall, so 25% is the minimum setting I run them at

I have all softies, so the lowest setting is perfect, I have it on wave at lowest setting, I could turn it up, but it'll start blowing sand, and everything seems happy so I just leave it be.

In my opinion the RW pumps are nicer then the PP pumps. RW's have more tilt and can be positioned better. They also have a more enclosed propeller so you have less chance of critters being torn to pieces. One RW4 would be more than adequate.
