Is mixing salt a direct ratio?

So it takes 1lb 13.5oz of AquaForest Reef Salt to mix 5 gallons to 1.026sg. If I want to mix 20 gallons to 1.026sg can I just quadruple the 1lb 13.5oz I would use for 5 gallons?
