Is more flow better

I have a mainly soft coral and some lps tank and is more flow better then less flow I have 1 wave maker shooting straight up at the surface and one aimed straight through the middle of the tank all corals are getting good amount of flow ther not getting fully pushed around ther just softly flowing and polyps softly moving around gently the tank is 15 gallons does this sound fine and not to hard on my corals here’s one of my toadstools

What you really want to strive for is random flow. If the flow is random and they are softly swaying I would say you’re going well.

Yeah that’s about it polyps aren’t getting banged around just softly flowing every couple of seconds
