Is my 6 Line Sick?

So long story short, I accidentally dosed marinelands Ick Remedy in my 10g reef tank. All inverts are fine and in a new tank and I kept the two juvenile (and only) fish in the 10 for quarantine. But, the fish that originally had ick was my new juvenile 6 line wrasse. Since I’ve gotten him, he just continues to inflate like a balloon every day. I’ve read about it just being stopped up poop, and I haven’t seen him poop since he got here actually, but I don’t know why he hasn’t? I tried to get the best pictures I could. I’ll insert them in the next post.

You can boil a pea and skin it, if you can get him to eat it that may help or I believe dosing Epsom salts may help also. I’m sure others will chime in.

+1 I would try the pea trick first before considering more invasive options.
