Is my ALK too high

Looked at Brightwell on amazon $54 for 150 gallon box, but $152 for 300 gallon box. You don't need to be a mathematician to see something is wrong with that deal.

I saw that. I think that vendor is messed up with pricing. I got a 150 gallon mix for 58.00. It comes boxed instead of the fancy bucket.

yes it is high
you can use muriatic acid to lower the alk in your WATER CHANGE water or you can use seachem acid buffer (Does the same thing).
you can switch to a lower alk salt.

if you're running a kalk rx, turn it off and let it fall naturally.

Not if the alk is 13 when mixed fresh?

It has ran that high for over 14 months. Never tested under 11.5
