Mine do what others have been saying. At night in the start, once it was new to the tank it closes up and retracts close to its foot, also if it poops it closes up a lot I have found too. How long has it been in that spot? Also, have you made any changes to the tank recently?

The tank looks very clean, perhaps new? Nems do better in established tanks with proper (reef) lighting.

Looks more stressed than in trouble and May be as simple as too much light and/or water flow.

Immature tank can also play a role with changing chemistry as anemones dont adapt well to constant change but rather a stable system.

Thanks for the advice for my other nem is thriving
