I've had this guy for about 2 months now and it seems when I first bought him he was larger and now I see him and he has his mouth open and is not expelling anything I been told or read that this is not good what do you guys think I will try to get the best picture

Looks fine to me, sometimes Clowns hosting is stressful to nems. They will shrink from the tissue damage. Also is looks like your tank is young and nems tend to thive in tanks three months or older. You didnt list your parameters which could also be an issue. Nitrates are nem killers anything over twenty and they start to get sick. List your parameters.
 
Oh no my tank is over a year old and my parameters are on the bottom of the first pic and thanks
 
Ohhhh not yet waiting for kit to come in mail but I get my water tested weekly at my lfs and. They say they are mostly pristine just slight water changes needed 75 gal with not much livestock
 
Ok, keep an eye on it, make sure its eating if you feed it separately. Sometimes its just the scheme of things and in a few days or weeks it turns a corner.
