Agree with this.

With stable water quality and some nutrients available, it will recover from the bleaching.

If a new nem and recently added, wait a while before feeding. Feeding when new will stress it more.

My nem is about 4 months old in my i feed it twice a week and it still eats even looking how it does now what could be wrong with the water so i can try and fix it sorry i am new to this ))

What type of lighting do you have on your tank? Based on what I see, it looks like you may need more lighting.
