The tentacles don’t look as inflated and long when I first bought it. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks

Anemones often vary in the way they look. Sometimes they'll do exactly what yours is doing. This is assuming the color of the anemone is good and not bleached. The picture is unclear but looks like it is not bleached if I had to guess.

You do want to make sure your tank parameters are good so if you don't have test kits I'd recommend you get a calcium, KH/Alkalinty and magnesium kits as a minimum. Not API but something better like Salifert, Hanna, Redsea, Nyos and there are some others

That is a M. doreensis, or Long Tentacle Anemone (LTA). His tentacles will be a lot longer when he is healthy.
BTW he looks fine for a new anemone.

Do you have test kits of your own? Most time lfs use strips to test your water( not reliable) #reefsquad?

I'm not sure a blanket statement like this does anybody any good. I deal with 3 different LFS in my area and none of them use test strips.

I'll second everything RJinPV says above, but I'd argue the comment about API test kits. API are not the best, but then they are far better, IMHO, than going to the LFS to have your water tested. I use them now and in the past I've use Salifert and Red Sea. I've even used both Salifert and Red Sea to double check my API results. Never, not one single time, has the Salifert or Red Sea test showed anything different than the API test did. And I find the API easier to use. But I'll also say thatt having been in the hobby for over 15 years, I understand what is going on in my tank most of the time and I just test Ca and alk to know how my dose schedule is working.

........
Meaning the tentacles are longer and more inflated now than before? This is fine. He looks fine. His tentacles will get much longer. As the name of LTA suggested, they have very long tentacles when healthy.
I am not sure why all the side track on water testing and other things. Your anemone is doing well, keep on doing what you are doing. He will get darker (more brown) and the bluish and reddish tint you see will disappear, masked by the brown color of the zooxanthellae when he is healthier.
