I’ve had this anemone for around 2 weeks now and I’m the past 2-3 days it has been deflated and not looking to healthy
Is this something I should worry about and if so how can I help it?

Current parameters, tank age and lighting being used?

The tank is over a year now
Also I have 8 other coral and another bubble tip in the tank that all seem to be fine
The anemone isn’t excepting food (mysis and anemone pellets) and my clown pair have been hosting it

I’m using a aqua one marine light and a mini aqua zonic (ordered a better light which hopefully will arrive soon)

mag: 1320
Alk: 8.9
Cal: 490
Nitrate: 50
Phos: 0.16
(I’ve done two 10% water changes this week with a new brand of salt)

What other anemone? Running any carbon? Nitrate is a little high but probably not the issue. As you already mentioned lighting is an issue.

Other thing is don't bother worrying about food. I haven't tried feeding mine in years. They don't require it as long as lighting is adequate. When already stressed it can worsen things. When healthy, it can promote growth.

I not running and carbon and this is the other nem I got it about a week ago and it is fully inflated

This one looks much healthier than the original, which looks bleached. It's anecdotal evidence at best, but others have had issues mixing colors. How did you get this nem? Was it shipped? If so how was it acclimated? If chemical warfare running carbon can help.

It is hiding and retracted which happens often when there is too much light and/or current.
Also assure nitrate-phos-salinity and mag are not elevated. They do not adapt well with chemistry changes and spikes which often occur in newer tanks. Stable conditions are best.

I bought this nem from my LFS and I acclimated by putting the bag in the tank for 10 mins then I drip acclimated it to the tank water

What kind of nem is it supposed to be?

If I stick to doing a water change every fortnight would that help it recover?

Not long enough. Float for about 20 mins and acclimate for at least an hour while equalizing the salinity with that of display tank before release and NOT using any of the bag water

My guess was a bleached green bta. Hard to tell though.
Very possible - Hard to detect a type packed into a crevice Lol

No, that will add to the stress.
Ensure all parameters stable with as little flux in 24 hours as possible.
This will lessen stress and allow for recovery.
Do not feed.

This way, everyone benefits.
