I can’t tell if it’s trying to split because it looks deflated all day and like it’s dying but at night it inflates again

It may split because it is clearly stressed and bleached. Spliting is a survival technique for anemones. Your tank looks very new and anemones almost never do well in a new tank, especially when set up with dry rock. Zero phosphates and nitrates are an issue. Almost all life on earth need both to survive. Anemones also use nitrate as a food source. I would return it to where you boughtbit if it looked like the bottom pics when you got it. Otherwise my suggestion is to have someone with a well established tank take care of your anemone if you can until your tank becomes established. This typically takes 3-6 months with live rock to 9 months with dry rock.
You can see the two smaller recent additions to my tank are slightly bleached, but otherwise healthy. They should be a vibrant purple.
