I'd guess it wasn't healthy then when you got it unfortunately. Unless your parameters are way off but that's fast to loose a healthy one.

If you have a good skimmer n filtration system you can keep a eye on it for a bit but I've never seen one come back once it's starting to expel its internals out like that.

My parameters are grate I run chimipure blue I have the bio cube skimmer not the best but mine does relly well just have to dump it Daly I am running the power compacts but.... my tank is only 3 and a half months old

I use the api teast kit ph is at 8.0 to 8.2 that were it stays ammonia 0ppm nitrite 0ppm nitrate 0ppm calcium 420 witch is fine for a lps tank SG 1.022 1.023 PPT
