Is my BTA ok?

It puffed up a lot while I was doing a water change.

need more info like parameters and tank age

Tank age is a few weeks. Parameters:
- Salinity: 35ppt
- Temp: 78F
- Ammonia: 0
- Phosphate: 0
- Calcium: 480
- Nitrate: ~16 (reason I was doing a water change, it was 25 and I had added Prime)
- Alkalinity: I don't have a test yet.

From my understanding anemones need an established tank and a few weeks is hardly that. I’m concerned but have no valuable advice besides that.
