I just got my BTA a couple days ago and it has seemed to have acclimated fairly well but this morning it seems to have its mouth open. Is it okay?

Tank looks very new which will cause an uphill battle with anemone. They require mature tanks, stable parameters and strong lighting. General concensus is at least 4 months but preferably closer to a year is recommended for tank age. This allows everything to stabilize and generally reefers have control of things a little better at this point. Unless it disappears for more than a week or starts to deteriorate (not just deflate) you should leave it alone. Focus on parameters and stability instead.
