It's been like this for almost 3 weeks and it still hasn't opened yet. The sweeper tentacles are not coming out. What do I do?

This has happened to me, yes it's dying :( I couldn't save mine and don't really have any advice to give besides iodine baths. Maybe [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG] can help out?
