Is my bubble tip anemone alright?

You gotta post water parameters. How old is the tank. How long have you had him, etc etc
My bad totally forgot,
Tank is 6 months old
Ph 8.0
Temp 76
Nitrates 4ppm
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Have had anemone in there for about 2 months
55 gallon reef with 15 gallon sump

After owning a few for nearly 5 years I will say one thing, these are hardy inverts. In my opinion I think your Anemone is okay and would guess that it is just doing its thing. If you fed it or changed the water they usually do this to expel their waste or water. Someone told me this a long time ago and I find it true to this day, but as long as parts of its tentacles are green and its not completely white (bleached looking), you have nothing to worry about. Make sure to feed it and give it plenty of light. I also find that if its tentacles are stretched, its due to poor lighting and/or hungry. I just picked up another RBTA the size of a dollar coin. These are fun to watch grow and multiply! Good luck and I hope everything turns out alright for you.

It really doesn't look good, to be honest. Mine have always shriveled up a bit at times and then puffed out other times, but anytime the mouth looks like that it is not a good sign. I would keep a close eye on it.

Burner of the Tips
There were times in the beginning that I thought mine was for sure a goner but its still happy and healthy. They are kind of hard to figure out until you are used to them.
