I got a bubble tip tester day and he never stuck on to the rocks without the power head and filter on and when I woke up this morning he was on the sand bed and he wasn’t looking that hot

He’s not dead. Give him a few days and please cover your powerhead with netting or get a guard I made that mistake already. What are your levels testing at and how old is the tank?
Why do I need a gard

This. We need more info.

A guard prevents a walking nem from getting sucked into the PH and possibly nuking the tank/killing the nem.

As for the nem, it does not appear to be dead, but they take a while to settle in.

Just to make sure your tank can sustain one, can you list your parameters from the last tests, tank size, lights and tank age?

Nems will migrate to "better" places … or just go exploring … with the possibility of getting minced in a power head … powerhead guards will protect your nem and your tank

Still haven't received the most important information needed. Age of tank, parameters, and lighting being used. Without making sure these are all acceptable, getting caught in a powerhead will at least be a quick way to go.

Don't waste you time with this post.

The OP happened on June 6th. The OP has not responded since. Obviously, this isn't an emergency.

Apparently, the OP's tank is more important to us than it is to them.

Usually when a nem Is dead their foot wouldn’t be attached to a surface/rock. It definitely doesn’t look happy at all. If you don’t post any parameters then we really can’t tell you what’s wrong with it and how to fix it.

I'm a huge fan of anemone and wild life in general. I don't post for the people, I post for the animals. People are always the problem lol.
