Is my candy cane coral dying?

This candy cane has been in my tank for a month. It was doing fine since day one until today. I came home and noticed the flesh has significantly shrink smaller. It used to open up and had tentacles out at night. My other corals are doing fine in my tank. I place the candy cane on the sand bed since the first day. I am using the PRIME HD. Here is my parameters.
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
Phosphate 0-0.25
pH 8.0
Calcium 360
KH 10
Salinity 1.026
Temp 78 F

I also do 15% weekly water change. Also the candy cane was growing really well because one of the heads has branched into two.
 
Probably not sometimes inflated sometimes deflated but it looks like you've got quite a bit of flesh down the branches so give it time and maybe less flow

I can kinda see the white skeleton structure on top, if that is what it is.
