I a have recently bought a crocea clam and took all the steps like cleaning the body putting it in a glass Tupperware and I would just like to know if my clam looks healthy

Looks beautiful to me. Are you acclimating to lighting and plan on moving the Crocea up?

Yes that was what I was trying I have 2x 400 watt Hamilton lamps and 4 t5 s so was planning on moving him closer up after a little while good idea ?

Quick question should the mantle be more rigid or floppy

And what is the feeding regimen like I have been whole tank feeding reef roids? Do they like rocks or substrate better?

Mantles are not rigid. :)

A clam that size will utilize dissolved organics from the water column but the majority of nutrition will be provided by the zooxanthellae within the mantle tissue, the zooxanthellae produce carbons as a bi-products of photosynthesis. There is no need to offer phytoplankton or products designed/ promoted as coral and invert foods as long as lighting is sufficient.

Thanks for all the help when should I move the clam farther up the tank

I like to give my sensitive corals and inverts 2 weeks before I increase lighting, that just me.

Similar to the maxima but it does not require quite as much light. Still needs a descent amount, but can do well a little lower on the rocks than the maxima.
