that white sore could be brook, and is very dangerous. do you have a qt tank? how is your fish eating? swimming? being picked on?

It is eating but breathing heavily..
I am going to set up qt in a bucket
What do i need to use as a medication?
I could make my own medication at work but i need to know the active ingredient

it might be too far gone. i would catch and medicate it and the other fish. i would research brookynella and its treatment as that's what you may have.

Today I lost a bicolor blenny that wasn't showing any symptoms.
The Clown fish seems better and lost all the white discoloration.
I am not sure what is this. I just got cuperamine and wanted to start treating all my fish in a QT but wanted to be sure that this is not something else before starting treatment.

your whole tank may be infected. i don't know if cupramine is effective against brook. i'd look for yourself and see if the symptoms match up.
