Is my clown pregnant?!

My larger clown is noticeably larger in her midsection and has a tube coming from her belly. She showed no effort to eat and has been staying in one section of the tank where I believe the two clowns have been cleaning! Attached is a picture. Is she pregnant or sick?

She could be about to lay eggs. I know clownfish will clean the area they're about to lay their eggs on and the female does have a tube that comes out when she's laying them. So she could be about ready to do that on those rocks!

She's about to lay eggs. Our large female does this monthly and has for 10+ years. She'll clean a spot diligently, lay her eggs (bright orange) then the male will tend to them. It's amazing to watch, it looks like she's spray painting the rocks back and forth.
