Hey guys so, I have had this tank set up for a few months and I just bought a Banggai Cardinalfish which come to find out after I brought him home he was wild caught so I pulled him from my display tank and put him in a QT tank (I’m still new to the hobby so I didn’t QT him before which I now realize was a bad idea) he appears to have some sort of internal parasite which I’m treating with api general cure, 2 days after I removed him I noticed what looks like a chalk film on my clownfish and a white spot. I am thinking this is potentially a parasite or ich or maybe Brook and I wanted to get a second opinion in case I am being paranoid. He is still active and eats well but I noticed my female is flashing on the silicone at the corners of my tank
If it is in fact a disease how should I go about treating him and can I treat my Display tank with a Condy anemone?
In the image I see the spots right below his dorsal fin
