Is my clownfish showing fin decay?

So I noticed the other day that my clownfishes lower fins look jagged at the back and I'm pretty sure they used to be perfectly smooth. Anyway you can kind of see it in the picture here. It's the fins that are essentially underneath the body of the fish.

Cant really see the fin that good but it does not look like fin decay maybe a closer pick of the fin would help. Is any flesh exposed?

Sorry been really busy at work kind of forgot about the forum. I did a really big water change in case that had anything to do with it. The fishie seems to be the same from when I started this thread.
