I have a 100g established reef tank. I bought this guy at my lps. It has been in my tank for 2 weeks and I have not seen signs of feeding. I place brine and fish eggs near it and nothing. My concern is the middle looks like a “dead spot” is it already too late to save? All my parameters and in range.

Is flow high..? from experience working at reef store, this most likely came in unhealthy. Progressively got worse in ur tank. Gaping mouth with visible skeleton, usually bad news. Do a very light dip of iodine if available..

How did it look when you bought it at the LFS?
While parameters in range, what are the daily fluxes?

Welcome to R2R!

What is "in range" to you?
Do you have a pic under white light?

Agreed that to really get good info will need a list of current parameters, a white light photo and type of lighting being used.

White light photo. Parameters
Temp 78.8, saline 1.025, nitrate 0.5, pH 8.4, phosphate 0.55 and alk 14. There is flow there, I could place it where there is less. Lighting is a 6 bulb fluorescent (only 4 in use right now) runs for 5 hours. True actinic, blue plus, purple plus and coral plus.

Alk seems very high. Nitrates seem very low for an LPS. What about Ca and Mg?

Alk, what test kit? This is dkh?
It is very, very high and for low nutrients, very dangerous. The coral is starving.

I agree with what others have already said low NO³ and super high alk. This guy looks like a gonner imo. Why is your alk so high? Get it down to around 8
