Is My Coral Deformed?

Can some one please let me know if I have a mutant coral. He looks like one of those inflatable dancing promo men... he has a tenicle with 2 little arms popping of it..I am not sure what sort of coral it is whether a torch or frogsporn. cheers and thanks

That is kind of weird. Other than the two extra dots on One tentical, I would have said Aussie torch.
