Is my Dragonet Dying??

It's the middle of the night and I went to go check on my tanks. Turned on the lights to see my Dragonet Swimming in circles at the top of my tank. What should I do? Is she going to die? Please help

Is it swimming or floating? Sometimes they kinda float around while sleeping.

Is your fish dying because its swimming?

A video will really help us understand and offer better suggestions.

Also would like to see a full tank shot, fish swimming at the water surface can indicate lack of oxygen, but again, need video to determine.

From when i had madarin dragonets, they used to always do that at night... unsure as to why. But they were happy and healthy. I think its some kinda autopilot they go into.
