Is my elegance coral healthy?

My elegance coral has been inflated and I don’t know if it’s bad if so how I can help it. If you know anything about what might be happening please tell me

In this picture it had gone down a tad so it’s not has ‘bloated’

Mine does this occasionally but it can also be a sign of:
Inadequate lighting
Hunger (feed krill or mysis)
High nitrates
Low calcium
