My fish is swimming unusually and I don’t know what to do

Welcome to R2R! I would recommend adding some rock or decoration to your tank. Fish can become stressed if they don't have places to hide.

Without knowing your tank parameters, taking it back to the LFS when they open in the morning would be my next move.

Is this a newly setup QT tank? Do you have any surface agitation with a power head? Water looks pretty still. Have you tested for ammonia?
