Is my fox face dying?

Just sulking on the bottom. Went for a swim earlier but seemed almost blind and was getting blown everywhere.

Yup that sounds and looks bad, I would say she's a goner.

Any other inhabitants? Any other symptoms?

Heavy breathing, hiding from light (sort of is now), swimming in to powerheads, white spots, scratching?

What other inhabitants? How long has tank been running? How long have you had her? When was the last time you added something "wet" to the tank?

She was my first fish so the 2nd week of january. Been doing fine. I added a torch last month and noticed a big white spot on its side so i put it down to coral sting. Yeah just getting blown everywhere. Theres two clowns a chalk goby and a firefish.
