I’ve read that when frogspawn has long tentacles like this it’s not getting good enough light

Maybe you have read something I haven’t, but my AI prime 16hd over my waterbox 20 supply’s plenty of light to my frogspawn, and it still has long tentacles! I think you should look for a loss of color, as corals will go white/translucent in a last ditch effort.

Euphylias don't need a ton of light. Do you have a par meter to test out?

If too little light the color will turn dull brown - zoox is this color so coral is trying to produce more to compensate for the lower light.

It looks good to me. If you recently added it, most corals will change in some way in your tank just due to different lighting or water parameters.

Yes - Moderate light and water flow is sufficient.
