Is my frogspawn goin to be okay?

I was cleaning the tank today and accidentally siphoned it and it popped a few tips off. I saw them in my water bucket. Will this head be able to heal or should I remove it before its fully dead

Watch for tissue necrosis, but I agree that it should be just fine.
