Hey I have 2 aussie gold torches and for some reason one of them has shorter tentacles than the other. I don’t know why but is it splitting? I’ve had this gold torch for a month and it’s been doing really good. All my water prams are good and all my other corals are striving!!

Could be, but don't expect it to bud off a completely new head in a matter of days, the act of "splitting" is actually them branching away from each other. A process that is slow unlike an anemone that can do it in a matter of days or couple weeks. You'll have a successful split when they grow far enough away from each other that you can frag one without hurting either.
