Is my Kenya doing okay?

Hey all! I got this Kenya about two weeks ago. It started off great and he was opening up. But now, about 2 weeks later, he looks like this the entire time. Haven't seen him opening up again. Water parameters are all fine and haven't done anything drastic to the tank except my weekly water changes. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you!

Are the other corals in the tank looking ok?
What are your actual water quality numbers?
What lighting do you have over or?
